- 1st in a bowl,take 2 cups of wheat flour+1tsp salt+2tsp oil,add a little bit water & make a thick dough,,, in a small bowl,take 2 tsp of corn flour powder & ghee (as required),,mix it to a smooth paste
- For filling mashed boil patato,,keep it aside,take a pan in a gas, add 3 spoon of oil in it,after heating oil,put the penut seeds, onion,chopped green chilli,kadi patta,then fry until the onion turns golden brown,then add 1tsp of jinger garlic paste,salt to taste,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder & garam masala in it,saute for 1 to 2 mn then add boiled patato & fry it for sometime
- Cut the ball from the dough,give out to a round roti shape,,after 1 shape is ready,we will paste the ghee or cornflour mixture in the upper side of roti,,we will make 3 roti in the same procedure,then add potato filling in the middle of the roti & roll it,,cut it to pieces,little bit push it with the help of your hand,,then shallow fry it in a flat nonstick pan till it turn around golden brown,,then take it to a serving plate
