  8. Ensure that all the edges meet uniformly.
  9. Roll out the discs into a log shape.
  10. Using a clean string or floss, cut out about one inch thickness pieces.
  11. Put them on a lightly floured surface, cover and let rise for about 15-30 minutes.
  12. Heat oil over medium heat and fry the pinwheel until you get a nice golden brown color.
  13. Drain off excess oil on a paper towel. The pinwheel are ready to serve.
  14. I coated mine with some melted white chocolate, you can also coat in sugar syrup made with one cup sugar, 1/4 cup water over medium heat.
