- Add carrot.. - jab gajar narm ho jaye to uppar se egg minced daal ke phela dein aur pateeli dhak dein flame off kar dein. - Ik dusre pateelay me rice boil karen. pani me salt and 1 tbsp sirka dal lein.rice ko thora sakht rakhen ta ke baad me ye dam pe masalay ke sath pake. - Rice boil ho jaye to masale wale pateelay me dal ke mix kar ke dam pe 15 min rakh dein..
