- Boil pasta until soft
- Heat up sausage in a skillet, add thawed spinach and cooked lamb pieces. (If not using leftovers cook ground lamb and add to spinach and sausage)

- Top with pasta sauce and cheese

Brown the lamb and sausage well, breaking up the meat as it cooks. For the pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta to al dente.
