Instructions to make Chicken Sahi Korma:
  1. First marinate the chicken with curd, salt, peppercorn, ginger paste,garlic paste and garam masala in a bowl.cover it and keep that aside atleast for half an hour.
  2. Then take one pan in that pan heat some oil and then add all the whole spices like cardamom,cloves,cinnamonthen once the oil is fragrant enough add some sugar it will give a nice colour,then add the onions and fry those till it becomes golden brown.
  3. After the onion becomes golden brown we have to add ginger paste, garlic paste then fry for some time then add the poppyseed paste,cashew paste fry atleast for good 10 mins.
  4. Once the gravy is fried properly add curd to it then add all the dry spices like chilli powder, coriander powder and cumin powder and last but not the least turmeric.cover it with a lid.Then we have to add previously marinated chicken pieces into the gravy and fry the chicken nicely.Dont overcook it will take 5- 10 mins to cook chicken properly,that's it.
  5. Then before serving add some coriander leaves then sprinkle some garam masala and black pepper.Garnish it with ginger Julienne and for extra flavour add 1tbs ghee to it…wallah. Enjoy this yummy curry with hot steamed rice or with chapati 😊
