  2. Add ghee with oil. Add bay leaves,dry red chillies, pepper corn, cinnamon, cardamom into pan. Add chopped onion. Saute till golden brown. Add onion-ginger-garlic-green chillies paste. Cook well add marinated chicken and fried potatoes.
  3. Mix coriander powder, rest of the red chilli powder, turneric powder adding little bit water and add to the chicken. Add salt. Add kasuri methi Cook in high flame for 5 minutes constantly stirring. Then use lid and cook in low flame for 10 minutes. Then add 1 cup of water and cook another 5 minutes. Add sugar and garam masala powder. Put off the flame. Sprinkle coriander leaves. Ready to serve.
