  1. Smear little salt in chicken and set aside.Boil 1 small onion,almonds and cashewnuts. Cool and make a paste of it alongwith 2 green chillies,sesame seeds and curd.Heat oil in a pan or kadai and lightly fry the chicken.Set aside.Add ghee to the remaining oil.Add crushed whole garam masala and fry 1 onion chopped. Add the onion and nuts paste alongwith ginger garlic paste.Add sauteed chicken and dry masalas and salt to taste.
  2. Toss and add little water and cook on low flame till done.Add fresh cream,chopped cilantro,few drops mitha attar, chopped cashews and garnish with green chillies.Serve hot with any Indian flat bread like naan,paratha or chapatis.Pulao also goes well with this dish.
