  3. Place the pasta in a pan of boiling water for 8 minutes then drain
  4. Drain the tuna and add to the frying pan
  5. Chop broccoli stems and cook in boiling water for 5 minutes, before draining (I saved the broccoli head for cooking later and serving on the side)
  6. Add the pasta and broccoli stems to the pasta sauce and mix well
  7. Transfer to a oven proof dish
  8. Top with grated cheese and pepper
  9. Place in 200°C preheated oven for 20minutes or until cheese has melted and is golden browm

Pour cheese sauce over pasta mixture and top with sliced tomatoes. Spoon mixture into prepared baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella.
