The ingredients needed to make Bacon and Pea Pasta:
  1. Get 4 cups pasta cooked
  2. Make ready 2 small onions chopped
  3. Get 1 big habanero chilli
  4. Take 4 cloves garlic minced
  5. Make ready 500 g bacon diced
  6. Make ready 1 cup white wine (optional)
  7. Prepare 500 ml cream
  8. Make ready 500 g peas frozen

  3. Add frozen peas and mix till defrosted. Then add cooked pasta. Mix and serve hot with Parmesan shavings and crispy baked prosciutto.

Add pasta to boiling water and cook to taste. Add bacon or pancetta and a sprinkling of pepper, and fry until golden and crisp. Immediately add frozen peas and stir for a minute or two. Drain pasta and set pasta and peas aside briefly, keeping them warm. Remove bacon from the pan and set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
