  19. Get 1 tbsp ghee to fry 1 black cardamom 1 mace ¼ tsp green cardamom powder ½ tsp garam masala ½ tsp cinnamon powder / one stick cinnamon

  21. Prepare 1 1/2 tbsps honey
  22. Get 1/4 tsp dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi) roasted, powdered + for garnish
