- Get 500 gm chicken bone curry cut
- Get 4-5 tbsp mustard oil
- Prepare Whole Garam Masala
- Make ready 1 black cardamom /badi elaichi
- Take 4-5 laung/Cloves
- Prepare 5-6 kali mirch (black pepper)
- Prepare 1 inch dalchini(cinnamon stick)
- Get 1 Tej Patta( bay leaf)
- Get 1 onion sliced
- Get 1 tbsp garlic paste
- Get 1 tsp ginger paste
- Get 2 tbsp onion paste
- Get 1/2 tsp haldi/ Turmeric powder
- Make ready 2 tsp dhania(corinader) powder
- Make ready 1 tsp red chilli powder
- Prepare 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Get 2 tbsp dahi/curd
- Take 2 tbsp fresh cream
- Make ready To taste Salt
- Make ready 1 tbsp desi ghee

Steps to make Murg Sookha:
- Take a wok, add oil heat it.
- Add whole garam masala, saute it for a while.
- Now add sliced onion, stir fry it till golden brown.
- Add chicken now, stir fry it till light brown.
- Add ginger garlic paste, sprinkle some water, stir fry it for a while.
- Add onion paste, stir fry it for a while.
- Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till onion turns brown. Stir in between. Sprinkle some water if required.
- Open the lid, add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, again sprinkle some water, stir it.
- Cover it again, cook it till oil separates.
- Add salt now. Give a stir. Add dahi & fresh cream, stir it nicely.
- Now cover it with the lid, lower the flame, cook it till oil has oozed out.
- Open the lid, increase the flame, add garam masala powder, give a stir.
- Now add lil water, lower the flame, cover it with the lid.
- Give a dum for a while so as to keep the dish dry.
- Add desi ghee in between. Cook it for 5 minutes.
- Switch off the flame, open the lid after a while.
- Take out in a serving bowl, garnish it with chopped dhania patta.
- You can add a lil dhania patta while cooking to get the extra flavour.
- Serve it with Roti or Paratha or Nan..
