- In a pot add oil, cumin seeds, black cardamom, black cloves,and ginger and garlic paste. Then add chicken and sauté until white. When chicken has turned white take it out and place it out in a plate.
- Then add onions and saute them. Then add tomatoes and salt. Now mix well and mash them.
- When tomato and onions are mashed. Add chicken and green chillis paste. Mix well.
- Add potatoes.mix well. Then add water 1 and 1/2 cup. And cook on low flame until sauce is made and chicken and potatoes are cooked.
- When sauce is cooked. Turn off the flame. Take another pot add 2 tbsp oil. And add chicken and potato curry. And on top of that boiled rice and mix well. Let it cook on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes. Turn off the flame. Serve hot with salad and fruit juice. Enjoy
