Instructions to make Dal Murgh:
  1. Wash and Soak the dal for about one hour.
  2. Take a pressure cooker boil the dal, chicken along with salt, turmeric powder and 3 cups of water. Cook it till 3 whistles.
  3. Take a pan heat ghee. Add bay leaf, cumin seeds, kasuri methi and green chillies to it. Add onions and fry it till golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it for sometime.
  4. Add red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt to it. Fry till the masala separates oil from it.
  5. Add dal and chicken mixture to it. And let it boil for sometime. Add garam masala to it. Let it cook for 10 mins.
  6. Garnish with few coriander leaves.
