Serve the chicken with the sauce inside a lettuce bun for a Paleo "chicken sandwich," or try it with a quick side salad grilled vegetables, or maybe just slices of fresh ripe tomatoes drizzled with olive oil and vinegar. Add chicken thighs and mix to coat with the marinade.
